Via Zoom, we will meet to discuss the current non-profit landscape and challenges/successes volunteer managers have had navigating the COVID-19 pandemic.
To make sure we are addressing topics and issues that are relevant to you, there will be a poll for you to fill out in your Registration Confirmation that will give us baseline data and let us know what you would like to discuss.
For example: "I would like to know how other volunteer program managers are prioritizing their work in light of having my hours and budget reduced by ½? Does anyone have a formal Plan of Action as to how to return volunteers to their positions when it is deemed safe to do so?"
We look forward to hearing about your concerns and sharing ideas, thoughts and possible action plans.
