This workshop provides the framework for future sessions in diversity, equity and inclusion through exploring individual identities and communication in the workplace.
Through an identity-mapping activity, participants will reflect on the various aspects of who they are, and how those identities impact how they view themselves, their colleagues, and the broader community and understand the relationship between identity and power. Using a combination of personal assessment and small group discussion participants will identify areas of growth.
