This meeting is the time we reflect on the past year programming and plan for the upcoming year. Board members will present a recap of their departments activities and we also elect and install new board members for the next year. To cap off the luncheon, we will present the Volunteer Director of the Year award.
This year we will be adding a volunteer service project to the annual MVMA meeting. Those who wish to stay after the meeting will be helping put together hygiene/warming kits for the unhoused community and shelters that The Salvation Army serves. As we get closer to the date a survey will be sent out to confirm who will be staying for the service project.

Lunch will be provided. To ensure we have enough food and beverage, please register for this meeting by Monday, November 27.
