Beyond Thank You: Crafting a Recognition Plan
Volunteer Recognition is not a one size fits all approach. When you are shining a light on your volunteers, it is important to find the right balance between highlighting individual contributions and making sure everybody that engages with the organization feels seen and appreciated. In this workshop, we will explore how to craft a recognition plan that considers the various ways volunteers give to your organization, while being mindful of budget constraints that may impact efforts.
