MVMA Annual Meeting and Holiday Trivia

This meeting is the time we reflect on the past year programming and plan for the upcoming year.  Board members will present a recap of their departments activities and recognize the 2024 Director of the Year with an award.

This year we will feature holiday trivia! You are invited to stay after the presentation for a festive competition to test your knowledge of traditions, television specials, and all things seasonal. There will be prizes for the winning team with the most holiday smarts.

Schedule:

• 5:30pm-5:45pm | Arrive and Ice Breaker
• 5:45pm-6:30pm | Recap of Department Activities, Announcements, Volunteer Director of the Year Award
• 6:30pm - 7:30pm | Holiday Trivia

Food and a first round will be provided.  To ensure we have enough food and beverage, please register for this meeting by Friday, December 1

Parking & Directions: Urban Chestnut has a small lot with limited parking and street parking is available.
