If you have attended an MVMA meeting before, but still have not decided if you would like to commit to a year-long membership, we will always welcome your attendance.

MVMA Annual Meeting and Awards

This meeting is the time we reflect on the past year of programming and plan for the upcoming year. Board members will present a recap of their department activities, and MVMA members elect and install new board members for the next year. To cap off the luncheon, we will present the Volunteer Manager of the Year award.

After lunch, if you have the time, we will continue with a service project at The J. We will be making cards together that can be used by agencies like The J, Food Outreach, and others! This will be a guided activity and materials will be provided.

11-11:15 am | Arrive and sign-in
11:15-11:30 am | Ice-breaker
11:30 am - 12:30 pm | Recap of Department Activities, Announcements, Volunteer Manager of the Year Award
12:30 - 1 pm | Lunch and Socializing
1-2 pm | Volunteer Service Project

Lunch will be provided. To ensure we have enough food and beverage, please register for this meeting by Thursday, November 12.
